You have made the tough decision to sell your house. You have put up that for sale sign and are waiting for people to come flocking to your house. Then you notice that no one seems to be coming. With all the competition for houses to buy out there you really need to go the extra mile when you are advertising that your house is for sale. List with an Agent. Home sellers do not want to list with an agent because it can take away from the money that you might receive. Newspapers/Magazines. Even though the Internet is the number one place to search that doesn’t mean that you can’t use the newspaper and magazine option to advertise that your house is for sale. Many home buyers will still use these options when looking for a house and you never know who might see it when you are advertising there.
